My fellow Criminals! Are you sick of having bacon so far up your ass that you feel like you deserve a reach around? Are you fed up with the cold touch of steel on your wrists and those awkward pat downs with Officer happy hands? Are you the only kosher gentleman in the middle of a four way pork party? Then change the mission on them!

The money and faction standing listed after a mission are not bonuses from winning. It is merely a list of how much money and faction you made during that mission and this includes while doing things not related to the mission. Only contact standing is rewarded at the end of a mission and it seems the number is influenced by how much money you made.

So you get "Deliver this item to this area" and they''re camping the area with a pile of beanbags?

Change the mission! Now it''s "How many cars can I deliver while these idiots sit on an orange circle?"

You get "Stop them from breaking into this car" and while they carefully sneak to their objective assuming you to pop up, you play "How much shit can I smash and grab while these idiots go chasing objectives around the map"

And the end of the mission, you''ll have made more money, more faction and if it''s a 2v1, 3v1, or 4v1 mission you''ll probably make more contact standing than them too.

Best part, you can''t be APB''d during a mission. So four of them could be camping some final objective where you got 6 lives or 15 minutes to take them out. That''s 15 minutes of uninterupted theivery and chaos. While the cops fervently guarded that objective, you boosted 4 grand in cars while they can''t even get the piddly 30 bucks from killing you as you''re nowhere to be found.
